IPCircle Partner Program
Join the IPCircle Partner Program and help grow a global industrial community connecting Talent, Experts, and Businesses. Approved partners receive affiliate access, tracking links, commission terms, and partner resources.
1) Eligibility
Partners must be 18+, provide accurate identity and PayPal payout information, and comply with these Terms and applicable laws. Applications are reviewed manually, and IPCircle may approve, reject, or waitlist applications at its discretion.
2) Official commission plan
Launch Partner Program — valid during the first 90 days:
- Expert Monthly: 40% for up to 12 paid monthly payments.
- Expert Yearly: 35% one-time commission.
- Business Yearly: 20% one-time commission.
- Corporate MAD: 10% manual commission after confirmed payment.
After the 90-day launch period:
- Expert Monthly: 30% for up to 12 paid monthly payments.
- Expert Yearly: 30% one-time commission.
- Business Yearly: 15% one-time commission.
- Corporate MAD: 10% manual commission after confirmed payment.
3) Qualified referrals
A referral is qualified when the user signs up through your affiliate link, completes a successful payment, and the account is not flagged for fraud, abuse, self-referral, chargeback, refund, or suspicious activity.
4) Payouts
Payouts are processed manually once per month, on the 25th, via PayPal only, once the minimum payout threshold of $50 or equivalent is reached. Partners must provide a valid PayPal email. IPCircle may withhold, cancel, or deduct commissions linked to fraud, disputes, refunds, chargebacks, or policy violations.
5) Promotion rules
- No spam, misleading claims, false guarantees, or aggressive outreach.
- No impersonation of IPCircle, Industrial Protocol LLC, Circle, or any official team member.
- No promises of jobs, contracts, visas, guaranteed income, or guaranteed business opportunities.
- No paid search ads bidding on IPCircle brand terms without written permission.
- Comply with platform rules and applicable laws, including email marketing, social media, advertising, and data privacy rules.
6) Brand usage
Approved partners may use IPCircle-approved assets, messaging, and partner resources. Do not alter logos, misrepresent IPCircle, or create confusion between independent partner content and official IPCircle communications.
7) Suspension and termination
IPCircle may suspend or terminate partner participation for violations, fraud, abuse, brand misuse, suspicious activity, or behavior that harms trust, members, partners, or the IPCircle community.
