Affiliate Program Terms
The IPCircle Affiliate Program is currently coming soon. This document describes the intended structure and rules. Final terms may be updated when the program launches.
1) Eligibility
Affiliates must be 18+, provide accurate payout information, and comply with these Terms and applicable laws. We may approve or reject applications at our discretion.
2) Commissions (planned)
- Expert plan: 30% recurring commission (as long as the referred customer remains subscribed), subject to anti-fraud rules and future updates.
- Business plan: 20% one-time CPA (paid once per qualified subscription).
3) Qualified referrals
A referral is qualified when the user signs up via your affiliate link and a successful payment is completed, and the account is not flagged for fraud or abuse.
4) Payouts
Payouts are planned to be issued monthly via Wise once the minimum payout threshold ($50) is reached.
5) Promotion rules
- No spam, misleading claims, or false guarantees.
- No impersonation or deceptive “official” messaging.
- No paid search ads bidding on IPCircle brand terms without written permission.
- Comply with platform rules (YouTube, TikTok, Meta, email marketing laws, etc.).
6) Brand usage
You may use approved assets and messaging. Do not alter logos in a way that misrepresents IPCircle or creates confusion.
7) Termination
We may suspend or terminate affiliate participation for violations, fraud, abuse, or behavior that harms trust and the community.
