Cancellation Policy
You can cancel anytime. This Policy explains how cancellations work for Talent (limited-time free), Expert (monthly/annual), and Business plans.
1) How to cancel
Cancel your membership through your account settings in the community (Circle.so) or via the subscription controls provided at checkout / account portal when available.
2) Billing after cancellation
When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period. After that, renewals stop.
3) No refunds
All payments are final. We do not offer refunds (including partial refunds) for any plan.
4) Talent (limited-time free plan)
The Talent free plan is limited-time and may change or end at any time. If it changes, we may move features to paid tiers or update access rules.
5) Expert (monthly/annual)
Expert subscriptions can be monthly or annual. Cancelling stops future renewals. If you are on annual billing, access remains until the annual period ends (no pro-rated refunds).
6) Business plan
Business subscriptions follow the same “cancel anytime, no refunds” principle. Access remains until the period ends, then renewals stop.
