1) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to access the community and use paid features. By using IPCircle, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2) Membership & Platform

IPCircle membership is delivered through Circle.so. Your use of the community may also be subject to Circle’s platform terms.

Tip: Use one account only. Sharing logins or bypassing membership controls may lead to access restriction.

3) Payments, Plans & No Refunds

Payments are processed through WordPress checkout linked to Circle payments and Stripe.

Talent: a free plan may be offered as limited-time and can change or end at any time.
Expert: monthly and annual billing options are available.
No refunds: all purchases are final. You may cancel anytime to stop future renewals.

No refunds + cancel anytime = predictable and transparent billing. You stay in control of renewals.

4) Content & Intellectual Property

All IPCircle branding, UI elements, and official content are owned by INDUSTRIAL PROTOCOL LLC or licensed to IPCircle.

Insights content is published by the IPCircle team.
IPCircle may display posts inside the community for platform operations and promotion within IPCircle surfaces.
Users must not copy, scrape, or reuse content without permission.

5) Community Rules

To protect members, the following is prohibited:

Spam, harassment, hate, or abusive behavior
Scams, fraud, impersonation, or deceptive practices
Sharing private information (doxxing) or confidential data
Plagiarism or posting content you do not have rights to use

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or restrict access to maintain a safe and professional environment.

6) Self-Serve Ads

We may allow self-serve advertisements inside the community under strict rules. Ads can be removed at any time if they violate standards or harm user trust.

7) Analytics & Tracking

We currently use Google Analytics and Google Search Console to understand site performance and improve experiences.

8) Disclaimers & Liability

IPCircle provides educational and professional community resources. We do not guarantee outcomes, employment, revenue, or business results. Use the platform responsibly and verify critical decisions with qualified professionals.

9) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
